Cancellation Policy

If You Need To Cancel

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and forfeited if you cancel 45 days or less from your scheduled date/s. If you fail to show up or cancel less than 48 hours from the date of your trip, full payment will be charged to your card.

If You Need To Reschedule

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you within the same season, but we try to reschedule no later than the same calendar year. Any rescheduling beyond the same calendar year will result in the loss of your deposit.

If There Is Bad Weather

If the guides determine that weather conditions are unfavorable, we will make every effort to reschedule within the same calendar year. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a refund of the deposit. The guides have the final authority on all weather-related cancellations.
